Receipt Bank

This program that stores all your receipts electronically and publishes them to MYOB and Xero, decreasing data entry hours.
You and your team upload receipts, invoices and other documents to receipt bank by phone or email. Your accountant and Everest can access all required information and publish receipts and bills to your accounting program.  No more storing paperwork or losing receipts.

Catch up work when you are a little behind

We know that creating income is the most important aspect of your business.  We also know you are good at what you do. That’s why you are in business.  When you are working so hard in your business is hard to find time to complete all the compliance requirements.  Sometimes you fall behind.  We can catch you up for the last few years… lodge all late requirements, apply for extensions, payment plans and interest remittance on your behalf.  Enjoy your sleep at night again.

Annual income statements finalised
with STP (Group certs)

Will complete all the requirements for payroll year end. We will reconcile the payroll, ensure payroll categories are reported correctly. The end of year STP finalisation report is lodged with ATO ensuring all of your employees will receive their payroll summaries in order to complete their tax returns on time.

BAS Preparation

Quarterly preparation and electronic lodgement of your business activity statement with an extra month to pay. This includes all the GST collected and pad and your PAYG income tax for employees.  This could also include a fuel tax credit for your business.

The annual taxable payment annual report (TPAR)

TPAR is a building and construction industry requirement. In order to complete the TPAR submission, we select all required contractors, audit their ABN’s and adjust if required than lodge taxable payment annual to the ATO. Fines for not lodging are $1050.00 per year.

Annual preparation for TAX returns

Year end reconciliation of required accounts inc. Banks, credit cards, ATO ic account, GST paid/collected, PAYG, super and reports and all source documents required by an accountant to complete your income tax assessment. We make it easier for your accountant or our recommended accountant.  Saving you time and money.

Weekly payroll with payslips emailed
using ATO STP requirements

Single touch payroll (STP) is an ATO compliance regulation that requires employers to send employee payroll information including salary, wages, PAYG withholding and superannuation to the ATO at the same time as their standard pay run. We ensure that employees receive payslips and that payslips have all the required information.

Monitor all annual leave, long service leave and personal leave for you.

Time and attendance software is available with
Xero and MYOB.

It is a time-management tool that lets employees look at their rosters, clock on and off, and lodge their timesheets for approval on their smartphone. No more paper timesheets!
Quarterly superannuation lodgements for employees – we will set up a superannuation clearing house with the ATO, enter all of your employee’s details and funds and complete quarterly super guarantee lodgements.

Annual work cover reconciliation

We also lodge for previous years with deductions required for directors and allowances. Future year prediction calculated and required payment plan initiated.

Q leave annual lodgement

We calculate Q leave days you’re your employees/subcontractors. We register new subcontractors/employees and lodge details of employment periods throughout the year.  Employees and subcontractors can use their portable q leave in the future years without costing your business.

Training for your business

Training for invoicing your clients instantly on your smart phone – we can train you and your team members to use Xero or MYOB on your smart phone to create professional invoices with all your payment details that get sent straight to their emails.
Training for receiving payments from your customers by credit card or BPay- cash flow is so important to businesses.  We train you and your team to receive payments instantly from your clients.

Monthly bank entries and reconciliation

We process all of your bank transactions using bank feeds and sourcing documents and receipts from your receipt bank account.  This means critical information will always be at your fingertips.
Quarterly profit and loss – with exceptional clarity in our reports and dashboards you will feel confident in the information that your crucial decisions are based upon.

Annual QBCC financial report

Every year you will need to report your annual financial information in order to keep your QBCC license.  We can lodge this for you.  We produce reports in order to declare your turnover, expenses, assets and liabilities. We will need to show that you have not gone over your maximum revenue by more than 10% in your current category and that you keep your ratio of current assets to current liabilities to at least 1:1.

Xero/MYOB company file subscription
